2001 Graduated from the prestiious Waseda University before going to study Tsuboya potting tchniques in Naha, Okinawa.

2004 Opened his own kiln in Toki City in Gifu

2008 Awarded the Judges prize at Mashiko Ceramic Exhibition

2011 Awarded the Show prize at the Nihon Togeiten National Ceramic Exhibition

2015 Moved his kiln to Kasama, Ibaraki
