“Tsurigane-do” (Bell Tower). The English title is “Heirinji, TEemple Bell”. A monk is ringing the iron bell in the bell tower at Heirin-ji temple in Niiza, Saitana Prefecture. The chime of the bell gives the va=call for the monk;s daily routine.
