Description

A very intriguing print by a somewhat under-rated Japanese woman artist who experimented with different techniques. Here, there is distinct blind embossing in the center section. A related print was included in the 2015 Portland Art Museum exhibit, “Breaking Barriers–Five Japanese Women Artists, 1950-2000” curated by Maribeth Graybill.
