Description

Deeply textured face grain weathered wood has been hand embossed onto Willowcreek handmade watercolor paper. This image has been finished with applications of acrylic and charcoal, and protected with layered coats of UV resistant acrylic spray. The Weathered Wood series of prints are inspired by the exposed posts and boards on structures at the Sea Ranch, and by ocean driftwood sculpted and greyed by decades of wind, weather and water on the north coast of California.
