$685.00 conservation matted to 14 x 18 inches

Mr. Tanaka has chosen a central place in the city of Kyoto as his final image in the series. The Imperial Palace occupies a large part of Kyoto in its very heart. This image captures the grandeur of some of the many trees located within the palace grounds, and one of the many gates. He had originally thought to do 100 images of Kyoto, but only got to 43. This is the second to last print the artist made in his career.
