Description

From a series depicting each month of the year. Tanabata is often celebrated on the seventh day of the seventh month–MY Birthday! The story goes that two ill-fated lovers were turned into stars, who can only meet once a year by traveling along the Milky Way. Origami ornaments are often hung from bamboo branches during the Tanabata season. I like the subtle wood grain texture in the background, printed with mica.
