Description

The artist did a number of different series of the 53 Stations of the Tokaido–the main highway between Kyoto and Edo (modern day Tokyo). This is from the first series known as the Hoeido Edition.

I love the figure chasing his hat blown off in the wind. He seems to be yelling at it as well.
