Ordering:
Orders can now be placed directly on our website using our automated ordering system and secure server. If you would prefer not to place your order online, please contact us by phone, e-mail or in writing. We will need to know the artwork title, your name, shipping address, and telephone numbers.

Payment:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, wire transfers, money orders or US dollar checks.
California residents please add appropriate sales tax.

Shipping:
There is free domestic shipping for unframed and matted artwork. Additional fees may apply for extra insurance or artwork that is framed or oversized. We will contact you to verify shipping arrangements

Fulfillment:
We at the Ren Brown Collection make a major effort to examine, photograph, and describe the condition of each and every piece of art as accurately as possible. If you are in any way not satisfied, you may return the order within ten days for a full refund. The artwork must arrive in the same condition as when we originally shipped it. Shipping charges are not refundable, and we are not responsible for paying for the return shipping, or any insurance. Those orders which are not shipping via Freight, are usually sent promptly within 48 hours. Freight orders will require getting an outside quote and a separate invoice for that will be generated within 72 hours. You will be informed of both cost and a delivery tracking number with estimated date of delivery. Please inquire if you have further questions.
